MobileMap Europe

MobileMap Europe is an Android mobileGIS app that allows users to consulting and querying European maps and datasets, through interfacing with WMS servers.

The app allows users to consult all cartographies using GPS sensors of your Android device: this feature is very useful for geological surveys.

MobileMap Europe also allows consultation of nature and landscape territorial informations. The app is released in a web version (webapp), which runs on any mobile device with a browser and Internet connection, and in hybrid version, for Android operating systems.

TableauxProofTool

TableauxProofTool è un dimostratore automatico di teoremi della logica proposizionale basato sul metodo dei tableaux semantici e le sue varianti. È sviluppato in linguaggio Python (librerie grafiche Qt) e rilasciato in licenza GPL.

Nixmap

Nixmap è un'app per dispositivi Android e Windows Phone che consente la consultazione e l'esplorazione da parte di turisti e cittadini di tutte le cartografie e le mappe attualmente disponibili su Niscemi. Nixmap consente agli utenti di visualizzare strati cartografici di varia natura, dalle mappe urbanistiche a quelle turistiche, dai percorsi naturali a quelli storico-archeologici.

Nixmap fa parte dei progetti di ottimizzazione delle spese per la promozione turistica, di progressiva virtualizzazione dei servizi di guida locale (quali ad esempio le classiche bacheche turistiche), che man mano verranno sostituiti con servizi web on-line all'avanguardia ed al passo coi tempi.

Beebook

Beebook is a new app for Android devices, has been developed for fast ad easy mapping work in the field trying to try to solve this problem. The main features are off-line raster management, GeoTIFF ed other raster format using; on-line map visualisation (Google Maps, OSM, WMS, WFS); SR management and conversion using PROJ.4; vector file mash-up (KML and SQLite format); editing of vector data on the map (lines, points, polygons); augmented reality using “Mixare” platform; export of vector data in KML, CSV, SQLite (Spatialite) format; note: GPS or manual point inserting linked to other application files (pictures, spreadsheet, etc.); form: creation, edition and filling of customized form; GPS: status control, tracker and positioning on map; sharing: synchronization and sharing of data, forms, positioning and other information can be done among users.

local_id

local_id è un'app per dispositivi Android che consente di calcolare la propria local identity, ovvero il proprio quartiere ideale all'interno di aree metropolitane. L'app è in grado di elaborare i dati territoriali della tua città, come la presenza di biblioteche, ospedali, farmacie, fermate della metro, ma anche dati urbanistici, densità abitative e superfici edificate.

Una mappa tematica con sfumatura associata al rating del quartiere, dal più attraente in verde al meno attraente in rosso, fornisce una panoramica chiara ed immediata della propria local identity. I risultati visualizzati dalla mappa saranno presenti in ordine di attrattività e, tramite localizzazione GPS o inserendo manualmente un indirizzo, è possibile calcolare quanto ti identifichi il posto in cui l'utente si trova o desidera vivere.

Tourist&RE

Tourist&RE is an Android app that allow user to browse and query maps containing detailed tourist information, but above all urban planning info, such as: building volumes, building projects achievable, environmental restrictions, boundaries reserves, etc. in order to give full knowledge of the real estate investment opportunities for the area you are visiting. In particular, starting from the Roman hills, the project will extend over time to other European cities with the free participation of local authorities, which will provide its town planning legislation.
